1 Medium banana 1 cup apple juice 1 10-12 oz package sweetened frozen strawberries ( or 1/2 cups fresh) 8 ice cubes 4 oz vanilla yogurt (optional) In blender on "drinks" speed, blend banana and apple juice. (If you've got bananas past their prime, this is a great way to use them, especially if your freezer is already full of banana bread!) Add strawberries and blend them until smooth. Add ice cues, one at a time, until thoroughly blended. You can also add vitamins (liquid works best) or bee pollen to make these smoothies even healthier.
